No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm. Evening appointments (6pm–11pm) are available if you call ahead. Saturday appointments are available as well.
For gold and silver we use live spot market pricing and test your items for purity. For diamonds we evaluate cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. For watches we reference current secondary market values for that specific model and condition.
No problem at all. We test every piece ourselves using professional acid testing and electronic testing equipment. You don't need to know anything about your items before you walk in.
Absolutely not. Our appraisals are 100% free and there is no obligation to sell. You're welcome to take the offer, think it over, and come back. Many customers call competitors after visiting us and return when they find our offer was strong.
